A Team That Treats You Like Family
Trisha Mauer
Trisha is an attorney who fell in love with the Ozarks in 2020, instantly recognizing it as the place she wanted to call home. Soon after discovering the area, she purchased and fully remodeled her first Branson property, Lake Dream. Dream Retreat followed, and in 2024 she added Dream Shore, completing its renovation in June 2025.
With a strong eye for design and guest comfort, Trisha oversees every detail of her properties, earning consistent five-star reviews and frequent praise for offering some of the nicest stays on Table Rock Lake. After five years of successfully self-managing her own rentals—several from a distance—she expanded her work to include property management for a select number of homes.
Now living full-time on Table Rock Lake with her two dogs and enjoying life as an empty nester, Trisha is dedicated to providing warm, responsive, five-star hospitality for both guests and property owners.
